Our Warranty & Returns Policy

Warranty Coverage

1.1 All Packard-Bell products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, which may              vary in duration and terms depending on the specific product. The warranty                  period starts from the date of purchase.

1.2 The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

1.3 The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Returns and Refunds

2.1 If you encounter any issues with your purchased product, please notify us within          30 days wof the purchase date.

2.2 We reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the issue before authorizing        a return or refund.

2.3 Returns will only be accepted for products that are in their original condition,

      including all packaging materials, accessories, and documentation.

2.4 In the case of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity with the manufacturer's          specifications, we will offer the following options: a. Repair: We will arrange for the          product to be repaired by an authorized service center. b. Replace: We will provide        a replacement product of the same or similar model, subject to availability.

Exclusions and Voiding the Warranty

3.1 The warranty is valid for a specific period of time, being one year from the date of          your purchase. Once this period ends, the warranty is no longer applicable.

3.2 Using the product for anything other than its intended purpose or function shall          immediately void the warranty.

3.3 Opening, modifying, or damaging the product in any way will void the warranty. 3.4 Failure to follow the manufacturer's provided instructions for installation,                          operation, and maintenance will void the warranty.

3.5 The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or          negligence on the part of the customer.

3.6 Any unauthorized repairs, modifications, or improper maintenance shall                          immediately void the warranty.

3.7 Consumable items such as batteries, ink cartridges, and software are not covered          by the warranty unless specifically stated by the manufacturer.

3.8 The warranty shall immediately be voided in the case of damage or malfunction            caused by:

                      a.    Incorrect voltage usage.

                      b.    Accidents, such as liquid or moisture damage.

                      c.    Power-related issues, like power spikes or lightning damage.

                      d.    Insect infestation.

                      e.    Unauthorized tampering or modification.

                      f.     Exposure to corrosive materials.

                      g.    Inserting foreign objects into the product.

                      h.    Using unapproved accessories.

                      i.     Incorrect insertion of SIM/USB/SD cards or cables

3.9 For any warranty claims that are rejected the following will apply:

                      a.    A repair quotation will be generated for approval by the customer                                     before proceeding with the repair.

                      b.    Courier/collection/delivery/quotation rejection charges will be                                           applicable.

Return Process

4.1 To initiate a return or warranty claim, please contact our customer service team by        emailing help@pbplus.co.za

4.2 Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or        warranty process.

4.3 Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage                  during transit.

4.4 We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning the product          to us.

Resolution Time

5.1 We strive to resolve warranty claims and returns in a timely manner. However, the          resolution time may vary depending on the nature of the issue and the availability        of replacement parts or products.

5.2 We will keep you informed of the progress of your claim or return and provide you        with an estimated resolution timeframe.
